We have a commercial instance of Jira licensed for unlimited users.
We have customised Jira extensively with workflows, plugins etc and are supporting a lot of customers with it.
In order to test changes to integration, we would like to have a "staging" version of Jira with duplicated data. Do we need to get another license to run this, or is there another arrangement for this sort of situation?
