Degraded performance Customers may experience intermittent errors using Community search. Our platform vendor is investigating.
In our organization we often have large groups perform UAT before a release. Many of the participants are front line employees and do not have JIRA licenses because they don't participate in projects regularly. Our problem is logging their time. Because they don't have logins, I haven't found a good way to log the hours they have spent on UAT so that we can include it in total project hours. Has anyoune else run into this, and if so how did you handle it?
