Version report doesn't display correct release date

I have updated the my version start (4/17/17) and release date (8/25/17) under "Versions";however, when I check the Version Report the report shows only dates from 4/17/17 - 4/26/17) which is today's date and also shows a red line for "percent unestimated issues".

How can I update the version time frame so the Version Report reflects the correct data and progress?
