User permission

Do we have option in Jira such that only the assignee and reporter should edit the ticket. Other user should have only view permission

Yes, the permission scheme for a project allows you to set just assignee and reporter (and of course, lots of others if you want) for any permission such as edit.

Hi @Sreenivasan D 

Look at the Edit Issues permissions in your permission schemes.

Everyone else can just have Browse projects permission.
