Are you coping an gadget from dashboard and pasting in excel ?

User is exporting report using html(current fields) options which will show the columns which we have designed for the template. Extra columns will not come out in the report unless user uses html all fields option.

You are exporting issues from issue navigator.

Yeah , you have to choose , which columns required when in case of  HTML (Current Fields)

Some columns like Worklogs will not be available in selection.

for getting worklogs and comments some other , need to export with HTML (Current Fields)
