User can't comment on issues

Hi,

I have one user in the system that can not add comments at all. 

The user has the relevant permissions - Browse Project and Add comment. 

The Comment button is shown but when he click on it the text box is faded and he can't write anything or click the Add button.

Using Safari helps me.

There are rumors from my colleague, to clean all Chrome cache and remove all stored data in Chrome helps.

Going incognito solved it for me so it is likely a caching issue. Thanks

Clearing my browser cache fixed the issue for me.

did you solve this issue? I have the same problem but only when using Chrome

Can other people comment on that issue?  Could you get the user to try another browser?
