To develop status tracker for dashboard using filter as shown in image ,which plugin should i use

• which Atlassian application you are building for,
• whether the aim is to track it in that application and publish this thing, or draw the tracker into the application

• I want to develop it on jira to dsipaly it on dashboard
• I want to track status of issues using the above diagram ,phases like order placed ,prep ,bake should be replaced by design,development,etc
• i want to track status in jira and publish there
• i have developed filter to track status ,
• in which plugin should i use the filter to publish in above mentioned format
