Time to SLA: How can we add our own custom field to the SLA rule?

For example,

We have two custom fields:

Field A - values 1,2,3

Field B - values a, b, c

We need to define a SLA rule, if Field A is 1 and Field B is b, then the SLA on a particular status is x hours.

 

We have already installed your plugin and trialing it. Our trial expires around 20th August, please reply quick. Based on your response to our questions, we can finalize whether to buy this for our whole company and all our JIRA instances.

You do not indicate which plugin you're referring to, so no one can confidently answer this. You marked your question as jira-agile but JIRA Agile doesn't have SLAs.
