Hi Team,
We had an mailbox which used to create new issues in Jira when provided with ticket fields in needed format.
The mailbox was migrated to Exchange Online recently. Since then we have stopped receiving tickets created from email.
Can I get some assistance on why this is happening ? and if we need to do any changes to incoming server setting from Jira side ?
When I run "Test connection" on Incoming email server, I get Authentication failed error.

Since the error shown is an authorization error, I suggest you ask IT to change the account password and then try again using the new password.
