Table corrupted when editing text in the Description field.

How can I avoid a table not to be corrupted when including the following text in the table.

I want the table to look like this:

But when I save, then the table get corrupted and looks like this:

What should I do to avoid that? I guess "{0}" is bugging it.

Please your help.

Try to leave a space before the second {0}
