Hello everyone!
I wanted to know if any recommendations for any available plugin or any other way to achieve below features with Jira and Microsoft teams.
1. MS teams channel creation from a Jira issue. and all the conversations in that channel to be accessible/viewable from ticket itself.
2. Customise notifications from Jira to MS teams - Have a way add custom filter to the notifications. The official Add-on recommends to use webhooks in jira to configure notifications, but it's not customisable. Any recommendations would be of great help.
