Sub-field in custom field

Dear Experts,

i am stuck in field creation, please assist on below query. Thanks to you in advance.

Have to create custom field named "A" and it has drop down list i.e. b,c,d,e, and in e, i have been ask to create few sub- options like e1,e2,e3,e4.

c
d
e	e1
	e2
	e3
	e4

so when i click on e, it gives a list to pick up the option. Pls guide whether it is possible or not.
