Scrum dashboard adopting scaled agile

Question

I am in the process of setting up scrum of Scrum dashboard adopting scaled agile , Currently each teams are at diff maturity of agile and leveraging JIRA for tracking

Is there any standard template or framework to create metrics and report at portfolio level for each projects that are delivering in agile using JIRA. Each project has multiple application teams delivering sprints, which may not be dedicated to this projects. Whats the recommendation to extrapolate and track for running scrum and scrum and structure the dashboard

The dashboard is to get visibility of the MVP completed, RAID  by all scrum teams rolling up to program level

Hello Suresh -  Just curious to understand why would you want Scrum of Scrum dashboard? Wondering how tracking, metrics and report is connected to the scrum of scrum . Thanks Shital
