R4J Error Message in Trial Version - Data Center

Question

We are doing a trial of R4J and have gotten an error when initiating the coverage calculation that I have not been able to find any info on. The error message is:

Warning Resource limit Reached. Unable to calculate coverage statistics. Please try again later.

I've checked that we are using the right version for Jira DC 8.13.5. We have run the integrity checker which showed everything is ok.

Is this a limitation of the trial version or is there something in the background with Jira that needs to be addressed?

This error message has nothing to do with having a trial version. Here's a troubleshooting article that might help you: Coverage view shows "Resource limit reached" warning.
