Problem with migration Users to new domain

Paweł Owczarek July 16, 2014

Hi,

We have Jira Instance 6.3. We started migration of users and computers to new domain .

Because users in new domain will have different login, that's problem for JIRA. We decided to create new users with new logins, and change history (information about people who created issues) by update'ing data base (in specific tables).

Everything are almost done, but one thing we could't do.

There is a problem with private filters and dashboars, do somebody know where (in with table jira has information) we can find in data base information about private filters and dashboards?

Right now "new" user see his own history and everything, but can't manage his filters and dashboards.

please help :)

Hi Pawel, the owner ship of the filters is stored into the table searchrequest and when you share filters with users or groups, this information is store into the table favouriteassociations.

I hope it helps.

Cheers
