Is there a way to open another ticket within a ticket?
I have a incident ticket that is open and I want to have the ability to add a button that will open another ticket.
Is that possible?
Have you looked at the inbuilt function "clone and link"? This sounds like it would do what you want. This was a recent release so check the version you are on against 7.1.0 released to cloud on 7 February.
No, actually I want the functionality to actually open another ticket. So, If I'm working in an incident ticket. I want to be able to open a issue ticket on the back of the incident ticket. Is this possible?
