Migrating from an Oracle database to JIRA

We are in the process of moving from our Legacy tool, PTC Integrity, to JIRA Server.  Are there any instructions on migrating the data directly from the database into JIRA.  Are there Erwin diagrams available for JIRA?

Migrating at the database level does not make sense.   Jira's db structure is not straight forward.

There are plugins (cost money) that integrates PTC Integrity with JIra or you can do a csv import.

You can also write your own import using JIRA's REST API as well for those special cases.
