Migrate Project from one instance to another including fields, screens, workflows

What is the best way to migrate projects from one instance to another instance.

we are planning to migrate 20 project to new instance, is there a way that we get fields, screens, workflows and configurations from test server to new server?

Thanks Jobin, we currently upgraded to JIRA 6.3.12 and i thought migrating projects got improved in latest versions.

If we create fields, screens manually in new server, then ID's might be different in Test server and new server, so it does not make sense to use project import/export - is my assumption correct? i mean we have to update workflow also with new Id's

we also use Behaviour plugin - so do we need to create these manually as well?

how about notifications, permissions?

You will have to manually create them or script them. Only workflows allows export/import but that also needs some manual modifications because of the change in field ids.
