Hi,
We have 208 users in one group in that one specific user getting error 'The value XXXXX' does not exists for the field XXXX'. We have assigned the same role to him what others got but no one getting this issue except for one user.
Please assist.
Hi,
there has been some dicussions around that in the past. In those cases the cause was that the specific user was not authenticated (not at all).
Is this a request via a REST call?
In case it is authenticating please double check if permissions are set correctly.
Please also make sure the project is existing.
A good wrap-up of the said is to be found here:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/jira-api-with-curl-throws-error-errormessages-the-value-xxx-does-not-exist-for-the-field-project-errors-800303527.html
There is a link to a problem that is solved meanwhile:

Cheers,
Daniel
