We have one internal web application for users and we integrated jira plugin to create the ticket by user end. Now on some pages user is unable to create the ticket. While checking console we saw the error can't execute the freed script.
It is possible to share the code of your plugin with us? We would definitely need more information about the way how the issues are created and more detailed error log. Thank you.
