It's quite hard to tell what your problem is with the information you've provided. Let me ask you some questions to get a better understanding:
- Can you please provide some context what you're trying to do?
- Which Jira client do you mean? An app on your phone? a desktop app?
- You mentioned you're unable to sync issues - are you synchronizing issues with a marketplace app?
In addition, it might be a good idea to add a screenshot - that often says more than a thousand words :)
