JQL Query to find issues that have changed status from "NEW" to "TO DO" not by particular user ?

Hi ! 

I am looking for a query which will return me all the issues, which have been changed from the " NEW" to " TO DO" status not by the designated assignee? 

Like :

Project = "X" AND status changed from "NEW" to "TO DO" AND assignee != "xyz" ? 

but this formula did not return me Issues in 'TO DO" but all statuses i dont know why ?

Hi mmigas, what about this:

Project = "Teams in Space" AND (status changed FROM Closed to Done) AND (NOT status changed FROM Closed to Done BY admin)
