Hi,
I am trying to import issues from .csv file and issues (testing with 3 rows first) have been created in JIRA. However the due date in JIRA issue is completely different from what is specified in my csv file.
Date in CSV - 3/26/2022
Date in JIRA - 26/Dec/21
I have about 1002 issues to create from csv file and cannot afford with no correlation in the due dates. Please post your valuable inputs to resolve this issue. Thanks!
Hi @Uma Kesavan ,
Welcome to the community.
You need to choose the right date format that matches exactly what you have in your CSV during the import. Steps are described in https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/dates-are-not-properly-imported-from-csv-file-245825977.html
Hi @Uma Kesavan ,
Please try to make date format as dd/MMM/yyyy h:mm for date and time dd/MMM/yyyy for date fields and in the created excel sheet .these are default format for jira.
Please make try with this and let me know f it helped.
Thanks,
Ajay
