Rowens Hsu June 5, 2013

Can't create fixed version if project key is 'TRUE'.

Error message:

Project with key 'true' either does not exist or you do not have permission to create versions in it.

Project Key: TRUE

Project Name: TRUE-999
Version: 4.4.4 & 6.0.1

How can I fix this bug?

Thanks.

Hey Rowens, it seems project key TRUE was unable to detect by the system. I had raised a bug ticket to address this problem: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-33402

At the meantime, you may want to do the following as a workaround:

  1. Create a new project with different project key
  2. Go to issue navigator and search for all the issues in project TRUE
  3. Bulk move the issues to the new project
  4. From there, you should be possible to create version and components for the project
