Issue Security for fields

I have a request to create a permission scheme where users can create issues. The issues must be visible on boards etc but comments and attachments fields must be private and viewable only by the assignee, as these fields will contain sensitive customer related information. Is it possible to do this and if so, how can it be done?

As @ Nick said it is not availble in jira yet but some third party plugin is there check this

Nope.

Jira does not do field level security. See https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-1330 for the full discussion and some workarounds.

(To save you some time, there is a field security plugin which does most of what you need, and you can look at the behaviours plugin as well)
