Issue Collector not working in Firefox

Question

Curious thing... issue collectors work fine and load the form in IE, FireFox, and Chrome when installed normally, but the issuecollectors don't load in Firefox 28.0 or  Firefox 28.0  Portable.

Any ideas if it's a setting and what setting it might be?

Update: They also don't work in FF portable 12, or 22. No way I'm testing them all, but it's consistent. Works fine in Chrome Portable.

As a note, the solution to my specific issue was related to our internal CA. Users hadn't added an exception for the domain JIRA is installed on and our internal CA hadn't been imported into their browsers.

No trust no go.

Apparently the CA isn't installed by default on the version IT pushes out to our users.
