When a user comments on an issue, the comment is tagged with their name and a relative time stamp like "a few seconds ago"; this does not seem to be something that can be adminstered such that the comment will say "Dec 12, 10:15am" or whatever.
Does such a feature exist - and if not, could it be considered for inclusion in a future release of Jira (we're on 6.1.3 at the moment, so fairly "bleeding edge"!!).
