Insight Automation - link to groovy script

Hi!

I want to run script (from Script Runner) in Insight Automation (when object updated).

I try to set up the link to script using that path: /var/atlassian/application-data/jira/scripts/basics/insight/insight_changed_user.groovy (basics and insights are folders)

But that script is not running (the only thing it should do right now - writing phrase in log, it's working from console) even when automation rule works (i run it only on event without any condition).

Is that path wrong? Or is there other reason?

Thanks for your attention.

It works - logging didn't work.

log.info("XXX") does not work but log.warn("XXX") works!

Hi Tatyana Dakukina, Can  you advise what did you change to have this issue fixed. I am facing the same issue and that info/warn change also did not work

Hi!
Do you check insight-automation log? I looked into atlassian-jira log and that was my mistake.
