Infrastructure required to setup Jira server?

Hello,

We are trying to purchase Jira Server license. Could someone please list out the infrastructure requirements(Server, Data base etc) to setup Om Prem Jira instance?

Also if we purchase Jira cloud instance, do we need to setup any infrastructure on our end?(I know it's cloud and we don't need to setup any, but just confirming)

Please be aware of the following: Jira server licenses are not being sold anymore since 2 FEB 2021. See https://www.atlassian.com/migration/assess/journey-to-cloud
If you want to host Jira on your own infrastructure you will need a Jira Data Center license.
Here is some information about Data Center infrastructure.

Jira Cloud is something else. Tis is a SaaS model (Software as a Service) meaning you don't need any infrastructure on your end.
