In what status is the issue considered resolved for release?

rkopaev October 25, 2019

I added one issue to the release in the status of Done and trying to close a release. But, I see a message that one issue is not solved.

Why? What status should the release issues be?

Hi @rkopaev

Not all done or closed status means that the issue is resolved. Kindly check the resolution field . The resolution filed will say whether the issue is resolved or still unresolved. You can make this done through workflow of that project. Once you reach the done or closed status. The transition to that status can  be added with post function , where upon the transition the resolution field of the issue will automatically get updated to the desired resolution state.

So you need to check o your workflow and set the desired resolution status.

Hope this helped you ,

Hello @rkopaev

Have you checked if the issue has a resolution set? Might not be automatically set by moving it to the done status.

Hope that solves your issue! :-)
