Hello,

Where do you import the file? From Cloud to Cloud?

Try to unzip the file, move the data/attachments folder out of the archive folder, zip back and try to restore this archive. You can import attachments later.

Hi,

thanks for your quick reply. I delete file in "data/attachments", but now i've got a newest error !

There was an error importing file jira2.zip:

Import error

There was an error importing file jira2.zip: Validation failed. Following issues were reported:

  • Leading or trailing whitespaces in following group names: "PM - Product Management "

i supposed, becasue the archive is 180Mo, i think it's a bad idea to modify entities.xml or activeobjects.xml file.....
