Import File - 'Could not find group with name xyz'

Unable to import file. I receive the below error message:

Issue can't be created due to the error/s [ Could not find group with name 'Jonathan Meyers'; The reporter specified is not a user. ]

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Hi @Kristan Stolze ,

it seems that you are using a display name instead of a username in the column mapped with the reporter.
