I cannot find the active sprint and backlog in my project.

I cannot find the backlog and active sprint option in my project. and also when i try to create a issue it says " i am not able to create new issues because jira application licenses user limit has been extended'

please help me.

how to get back the active sprint option and backlog option on the left panel?

Hi @Gowthami Ramesh ,

welcome to the Atlassian community!

First of all you need to ask to a JIRA Admin to check user limit for JIRA Software module. Probably user limit has been exceed so none can operate on JIRA.

You need to be a JIRA Admin to check license status for user limit.
