Due to the configuration for this particular board, you'll have to use the full dialog to create a new issue.
I can remedy this error by filtering out the Story issue type. However, once I add Story issues back into my board - I get this error.
I've removed all field except for Summary from my Story screen.
I don't have any custom fields set to required.
This is on a single project.
