How to update Insight Object Attribute when linked Jira Issue Field Status changes

Hi all,

I want to update my attribute "Status" in Jira Insight Object when connected issues will be changed in the workflow.

E.g. My issues is set from "approved and open" to "reserved". Then I want to update the attribute Status from ""approved and open" to "reserved".

Can you help me dealing with this issue.

In the workflow definition for the Transition (arrow) that goes from "approved and open" to "reserved", go to the Post Function tab.

There, click Add post function.

In the list, find "Insight Post-Functions"

In the list of insight post functions select "Se the value of an object attribute with a predefined value"

Select the Custom field that contains the insight object you want to modify

Specify the name of your status attribute.

Specify the target status value you want to set (make sure you match the case).

That's it, Click Add and publish the workflow.
