We don't receive a lot of answers from the satisfaction survey so I would like to set the satisfaction to 5 stars by default, is it possible ? It will oblige the clients to modify it if they don't agree with that.
Other question, right now it is set on 0 stars by default, but is it understood in the reports as a 0 star response or is it just ignored ?

I don't think it is possible. I believe the rating is not set by default, so it doesn't affect statistics.

That's quite disappointing, there's not much we can do with this satisfaction survey... Is there a good plug in to go futher ?
