How to set assignee to component lead when component value is being changed

Question

Whenever components field is being updated, assignee value is not automatically being re-directed to component lead. So I am trying to write a listener for the same.

Can someone help me with the groovy script on updating the assignee to component lead whenever component is being changed

assignee based upon component only happens at the Create transition if component is set during create. Options:

* JSD has OOTB automation that can be used
* JSW requires an addon, e.g.scriptrunner, Power Scripts, Automation for Jira, etc
