Is it possible to fast track the Parent Ticket according to the custom filed value of the sub task?
In the past, the custom filed of the ticket was used as a condition to use the fast track function.
If there is a subtask, you want to run Fast Track according to the field value of the subtask.
Please let us know if you can do this using the Script Listener or Workflow Post Fucntion, and if so what script syntax you need.
