There is no way to do this.
It's because a list of roles and memberships is of no use to anyone when it is taken out of context.
What does "Nic is in the role of Cat-wrangler in the project called Dave" tell you about my access or activity?
Additionally since User Groups can be assigned to roles, and User Groups can be members of other User Groups, and that information may be in an external directory, the solution would have to be able to recurse through unknown numbers of user groups to try to derive that information.
