We have faced a issue that we cannot access JIRA from browser.
When this happen, we cannot restore data from browser operation.
So I want to know if there is a way to restore JIRA backup DATA under */export from CL
"Cannot access from browser" could mean anything - a firewall block, service not running, browser broken, service not connecting to a database, etc. Almost anything could be wrong.
Why are you trying to restore from a backup? Have you established that your Jira truly needs to be restored?
What is CL? You'll need to also explain that if you want help from us. Although I suspect you just mean "command line", in which case, no, you are going to need a new jira system, an export file and a copy of the attachments.
