The issue CADX-74 was created as a duplicated issue (OHI-275). The creation issue was reporting an error as it appeared there was a bug with our JIRA installation. The application was moved on the server, from a primary disk (reported as full). Once the application was moved and restarted, multiple copies of the issue were created. I labelled the issues as duplicated. Now it looks like the duplicated issue cannot be close; see the screen capture of for the duplicated issue.
How can I proceed? I had to remove the duplicated issues out of the sprint in order to be able to close it
I suspect the disk being full has damaged some of your data.
Try running the integrity checker first - your issue is showing the usual symptom for an inconsistent set of data around the workflow, and the IC can find and fix that.
