How to make visible if an issue is shared via email while adding the issues in a confluence.

Devi December 29, 2021

I am trying to create a confluence page with a table of issues with some filters. The issues need to be shared with other people manually. I want a column in the confluence if the issue is already shared via email or not.

I can see the issue has a "Emails" section next to comments, history, and activities. But I cannot find the field while setting up the confluence issue table.

I tried to create automation rules to update a field if the issue is emailed to someone but I cannot find the emails field. I don't want to update the field manually for every issue.

Does anyone know how to do that or is there any other solution for this situation?

Hi @Devi

Can you share a screenshot of what you mean by the section "email shared"?

Thanks
