Hi Team,

I have a rich filter with all the team members name and it list out the number of tickets assigned to member.

Example - Members name : ABC, DEF, GHI  having 3  tickets each and it will list out 3 as a count against their name.

Now , there is another member named as XYZ who does not have a single ticket assigned to his/her name and in that scenario, his/her name does not reflect in rich filter.

I want his/her name to list out there and the count shows as 0.

Can you please help me , How to do this ?

Thanks in Advance

Hi @Rana Paul -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

If you are using the built-in JQL, that is not possible.

JQL helps with issue searching, and if a user has no issues assigned there are no results, and so nothing to report.  Using a marketplace addon for JQL or reporting gadgets (or an automation rule), it would be possible.

Kind regards,
Bill
