Hi

We have a project in JIRA Service Desk. It is necessary that, according to the filter, some requests be visible in Confluence to all employees. And not just employees in JIRA. Any ideas?

@Tony Montana
Please check this app: Jira Snapshots for Confluence . It is designed for your use case.

It creates snapshots of Jira issues through a single- centralised authorisation. Every user with view permission on Confluence can see all the Jira Snapshot data.

Every user with EDIT permission on the Confluence can refresh the data from Jira.

There is a similar use case example here How to Keep Customers and External Parties Up To Date?

Full disclosure: I am the product manager of Jira Snapshots, and CEO of RadBee- the company behind it

I hope this helps,

Rina

@Tony Montana in order to see Jira issues contained in the Jira Macro in Confluence an individual needs to have access to the issue.  If they do not have a license and access to the project (JSM, Software, etc.) they will not be able to see the issue.
