How to display the comment field during creation of an issue

Question

I am trying to have the field "Comment" (Comment function) already during the creation of an issue... Can someone help?

I already tried to add the comment field... but when I type in "Comment" I do not get the field displayed in the list of fields!

Comments are not a field, they are a discussion and place to make informative updates.

You don't need comments on issue creation - whatever someone is thinking might go in a comment is perfectly valid to put in the original description.  Think of it this way - would you respond to your own statement in a real spoken conversation?  No, whatever you're saying is part of the statement.

In screen of create for your issue type you can add "comment" field.
