Heya!

To invite users to your jira project, you can do the following:

  1. Go to Project Settings for the project you want to add collaborators on.
  2. On the left navbar, click Users and roles.
  3. In the upper right, click the Add users to a role link.

Hi @Kristen I would refer you to this article.  You can setup Browse permissions to your Jira users so they can browse and comment on JSM issues.
