How do you display % complete on sub-tasks in JIRA Enterprise version?

My team is moving to an enterprise version of Jira and in the cloud version our admin, who is no longer with our team, set something up so we can see the % complete for the subtasks when you view the story.

How is this displayed? Is there a specific app for this? Do I need to have specific features turned on?

It's a feature in jira cloud. Your enterprise release is a server version which doesn't have this. 

Unfortunately, atlassian prioritizes cloud over server when it comes to new/useful features.
