How can i use ZQL(Zephyr query language) fields in JIRA?

I want to use following fields in JIRA for searching test cases.

  • component
  • creationDate
  • cycleName
  • executedBy
  • execution
  • executionDate
  • executionStatus
  • fixVersion
  • issue
  • priority
  • project

But there are only JQL specific fields present so how can I use ZQL fields?

@Sopan Sagorkar

you can use ZQL references(fields) by search test executions.

you can find this option in Tests --> Search Test Execution.

Here you can write ZQL query and get the output accordingly.

this is pity two useful tools but they can't talk to each other via jql or zql, utter rubbish.

Absolutely Agreed! Utter rubbish. This plugin gets a lousy review on this notion. You cant do any kind of metrics on the test issues from a jira dash. The purpose of Jira is to provide transparency across all projects within. This plugin INTENTIONALLY BLOCKADES THIS!? What the heck? Zephyr's functionality is impressive but its as if they have purposely designed the plugin to fail at sharing and providing transparency.

@Nic Brough [Adaptavist] and @Jobin Kuruvilla [Go2Group] can you please help us.

According to Emilys (Zephyr) answer (https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/276873) you can't mix JQL and ZQL. So it is not possible.

Is this still not available or is there a workaround?

is problem solved?

can we somehow use Zephyr fields in Jira dashboards?

???? yes please someone answer this (+5 years later I would hope there is something)
