How can I use linked issues in custom chart?

Question

Is there any method of using 'linked issue' in customer chart's X or Y axis?

Assuming my filter list looks like this: 1-1,1-2, 1-3, 2-1, 2-2,2-3.....

(It means 1-1,1-2,1-3 links to 1)

I want to see like this result :

1-1   1-2  1-3 1-4

1    Pass  Fail Pass Pass

I know this question can be easily solved with structure function, but unfortunately my company can't be allowed to use structure.

I don't see a function like this in custom charts.

Suggestion would be to sent them a request for a New Feature

I haven't checked their public roadmap, it might be on there already.
