We recently had an update from an older version of JIRA, and found that a lot of settings that we created had been reset. I really want to know what settings or modifications I need to make to edit the format of the email notifications from ticket updates. I tried googling, but did not see a definitive answer. We want it to be less cluttered like in the first picture.

This is solved. We had to turn off batching and it fixed the problem.
